Preanaesthesia is designed as an educational publication. It does not intentionally collect visitor-submitted personal or health information. It provides no accounts, forms, newsletters, comments, chat, appointment requests, record uploads or public contact mechanism.

Search and tracking

Search terms are processed in your browser. The search feature does not save or transmit your query. The website does not intentionally enable visitor analytics, advertising trackers, profiling, session recording or marketing cookies, and does not intentionally create a visitor database.

Technical delivery and access control

Hosting, DNS, content-delivery, network and security providers may necessarily process limited technical request information, including IP address, timestamp, browser information and request headers, to deliver and protect the website.

The intended public access model is restricted to India using coarse IP-country determination. This requires limited technical processing for country-level access control, rather than collecting visitors' precise locations or building geolocation histories. The restriction does not guarantee that every VPN or proxy can be identified.
